I am a McKenzie Friend and founder of Everyman Justice, providing structured, practical support to parents and individuals navigating the Family Court in England & Wales. My work focuses primarily on Child Arrangements proceedings, Cafcass interviews, Section 7 reports, case preparation, and court document organisation. I assist litigants in person with understanding procedure, preparing statements and bundles, clarifying their position, and approaching hearings with confidence and structure. I have experience supporting parents in complex and high-conflict proceedings, including contested child arrangements, safeguarding concerns, and cases progressing toward fact-finding hearings. In emotionally charged situations, clarity, preparation, and measured communication are essential. My role is to help clients remain organised, focused, and child-centred throughout the process. I do not undertake reserved legal activities and do not present myself as a solicitor or barrister. However, within the recognised scope of the McKenzie Friend role, I provide advice and assistance in accordance with established case law and Practice Guidance. Alongside my practical court support, I contribute to public discussion around family court reform and litigants in person. I am the author of several published articles on family court dynamics and AI in family proceedings, and I am currently completing a forthcoming book exploring systemic challenges faced by parents in Child Arrangements cases. My approach is calm, structured, and transparent. I believe effective support combines procedural understanding with emotional steadiness and clear communication.
